Hi, I'm Jess! The Bartender With a Dream.
For the last 20 years I’ve lived in two worlds: the late-night chaos of the restaurant industry and the glossy white walls of the wellness industry. One world taught me grit, survival, and how to enjoy the ride through exhaustion. The other taught me philosophy, movement, and the tools of nitty gritty deep healing. Both changed me. Both challenged me. And both, in their own way, left me wanting more.
So I asked myself — what if these worlds weren’t meant to compete?
What if they were meant to merge?
And with that, Welcome to The Bar was born.
This isn’t another sterile yoga “studio” or copy-paste coaching program. It’s a space built for the misfits, grinders, and dreamers. A space where individuality is celebrated, healing is raw, and you’re encouraged to come back home; to come back to basics.
